3 fun jewelry trends we've been tracking here at Lady J Jewelry for the summer are:

1) The Knuckle ring -pefect for layering, this summer add-on is fun and funky

2) The boho-hoop in horse shoe shape -seriosly the easiest earrings to wear all summer

3) Statement-making Geometrics -long multiple triangles are great for a night out and the triangle studs in gunmetal are edgy but still simple enough for day-wear

It's Spring

finally! After a long, cold winter there is nothing I like to do better than to refresh my home and style with some new duds. Just for this occasion, I have stocked the store with two new local designers.

First, Marcos Chin, master illustrator has created a line of T's for men and women, based on his amazing art work. The prints are all hand-drawn, silkscreened and then cut & sewn in his studio in Brooklyn, New York. Now you can find YEE YEE T's at Lady J +1.

Next up is ceramics artist Jonathan Castro. All of his work in handmade in NYC and evokes growth, spikeiness and nature. When I asked Jonathan to describe the Anomily series, which is featured at the store, he had this to say about it "The Anomaly aesthetic derives from looking at bizarre biological growth of the known and newly discovered in nature and is largely influenced by plant life on land and in the sea".  From cereal bowls to statue-esq vases, this collection is not to be missed.
