You may also email jessica@ladyJjewelry. For wholesale orders you must be able to provide a resale tax certificate or tax resale number. Minimums do apply for wholesale orders. Q: Can I submit a special order? A: Yes. We welcome special orders and frequently commission pieces. We can work with you on an idea, or tailor multiple pieces. We also have expertise in wedding-related projects, and can craft any item we sell in gold or platinum at your request. For information on custom lengths for necklaces, bracelets or earrings, or other special requests, please e-mail CustomerService Q: I only wear gold jewelry, but I love your giraffe snowflake earrings. Can you make them in gold? A: Yes, we can make almost any piece of Lady J Jewelry in gold, platinum or other metals. Please e-mail customer service for a price quote on alternate metals for any item we sell and for estimated date of shipment. CustomerService Q: I bought a piece of jewelry and I noticed that it started to tarnish, what should I do? A: The best way to clean your jewelry is with a silver polishing cloth. Generally, the more you wear your jewelry the more polished looking the silver will remain. However, some peoples skin may react with silver and produce a tarnish that can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. If a piece of jewelry is not worn for awhile it may tarnish by nature over time. Taking care of your jewelry regularly goes a long way in preventing build-up that may be harder to clean with time. I also recommend keeping a piece of chalk in your jewelry box to absorb oxides. Q: How can I figure out my ring size? A: Use a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 3/4". Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger and slide it off the finger. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle. Using a ruler lay out the paper or string, on a ruler and measure in milimeters, the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark. Check out the conversion chart of milimeters to ring size. Please note that this is an approximate way to measure your ring size. Ring Size 5 =49.2mm; Ring Size 5.5 =50.5mm; Ring Size 6 =51.8mm; Ring Size 6.5 =53.1mm; Ring Size 7 =54.3mm Q: I can't figure out which chain length is best for me; any advice? A: An easy way to test a chain length is to use a string. Measure it out according to the piece that you'd like to purchase and try it on. At Lady J Jewelry Designs we always use standard chain lengths that are used through out the jewelry industry, but every now and then someone has a smaller wrist or just prefers a longer chain. We are happy to accomodate custom lengths. Please e-mail us at CustomerService for more information about ordering a custom length chain. Q: Do you make men's jewelry? A: Currently, we do not have a full men's line but there are specific pieces for men; for example the Giraffe Cuff Links and Vertigo Cuff Links. Some of the rings can also be unisex. Furthermore, we frequently do customized pieces so we are happy to take special orders for men's jewelry. Q: What can I expect from buying a piece from Lady J Jewelry Designs? A: Hand crafted, original, superior quality jewelry. At Lady J Jewelry Designs we pay special attention to every detail when crafting your order. Additionally, we vow to always design and produce innovative, creative jewelry that you can't find anywhere else. Q: What is your shipping policy & how soon can I expect to receive my order? A: Retail shipping is only $5.00 per order and you can order up to 5 pieces of jewelry and have them shipped at that rate. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and special attention is paid to every detail before the piece is shipped out. Please allow 2-to-4 weeks for delivery. For expedited orders please call us. Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is available on any and all orders free of charge. Just specify in your order which piece(s) you'd like gift wrapped. Q: What is your website purchase return policy and do you offer repairs? A: If you purchase Lady J Jewelry items through this website, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of date shipped, provided it is in new condition. You must adhere to the return policy of the individual store from which you purchased a Lady J Jewelry item. As for repairs, I stand behind the quality of each piece of jewelry I make. If an item ever becomes damaged, I will be happy to attempt repairs, provided the item is not so damaged as to be beyond repair. Labor and material charges will apply.
